- Application Supplier NoteA5 scFv binds to ErbB3 ECD with a KD of 1.6 x 10-7 M. The ability to bind HER3 was assesed in this antibody using surface plasmon resonance. An anti ErbB2/ErbB3 bispecific antibody made from ML3-9 and A5 clones called the A5-linker-ML3.9 bs-scFv exhibits selective targeting of tumour cells in vitro and in vivo that co-express the two target antigens over tumour cells that express only one target antigen or normal cells that express low levels of both antigens. This study was done using flow cytometry. (Robinson et al, 2008;pmid:18841159).
