Recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci.

This antibody binds to human human major histocompatibility complex class I, which is associated with beta 2-microglobulin and expressed on all human nucleated cells. It is a presents MHC class I antigens and is a central component of of cell-mediated immune response and tumor surveillance.
