The antibody is specific for EBV-EBNA-1, as detected by FC. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to HLA-A0201/EBNA-1 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 6.02nM). This antibody was used for detection of HLA-A0201/EBNA1 complexes expressed on CCRF-SB and RPMI6666 tumour cells by flow cytometry. The antibody was used for immunological staining of EBV infected-HLA-A0201 positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsy. This biopsy was observed to stain positive for HLA-A0201/EBNA1 complexes (WO2015199617A1).
