The OKT-3 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD3epsilon which is a 20 kDa transmembrane cell-surface protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily.The OKT-3 antibody has immunosuppressive properties in vivo and has been shown to effectively treat renal, heart and liver allograft rejection.
