This neutralizing antibody binds NIm-IA site of the human rhinovirus 14. The original IgG2a version of this antibody binds wild type HRV14 with an affinity of ~180nM and can also binds site specific mutants of HRV14 (PMID: 7679742). This antibody has be widely used in structural studies relating to human rhinovirus 14 (PMID: 7679742, 8027997, 9573224 and Smith et al, 1995).
