Cloned lines of functionally active murine T lymphocytes derived from secondary mixed leukocyte cultures (MLC) were immunostained with this antibody (Lorber et al, 1982; pmid:6804568). Cloned lines of functionally active murine T lymphocytes derived from secondary mixed leukocyte cultures (MLC) were used in flow cytometry using this antibody (Lorber et al, 1982; pmid:6804568). Immunofluorescence was preformed on splenocytes from NOD, NON and CTS mice using this antibody (Ikegami et al, 1988; pmid:3133269). Flow cytometry was preformed using this antibody on TC-1. TC-1 is a malignant, immunogenic cell line of C57BL/6 mouse origin expressing HPV16 E6/E7 antigens (Manning et al, 2008; pmid:17725605). Cells from a p50-/- mouse were used in a flow cytometry ecperiment (Sha et al, 1995; pmid:7834752).
