Recombinant Antibody. Recognizes human IgG4. No cross-reactivity with the other human IgG subtypes IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3. Cross-reacts with goat IgG. Other species were not tested. Applications: ELISA. Clone: AB131-2-C08. Isotype: Mouse IgG2a. Formulation: Liquid. In PBS. Contains 0,02% ProClin300. This antibody reacts with human IgG4 as determined by ELISA techniques. This antibody does not cross react with other human IgG subtypes like IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3. Anti-human monoclonal antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulin 4. This antibody works excellent in detection of human IgG4 and is useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. This antibody can be detected with anti-mouse Fc secondary antibodies. - This antibody reacts with human IgG4 as determined by ELISA techniques.
