This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human IL7/IL-7/Interleukin-7 (rh IL7/IL-7/Interleukin-7; Catalog#11821-HNAE; NP_000871.1; Asp26-His177). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
