- Application Supplier NoteThis antibody can neutralize the bioactivity of IL-23 with no effect on IL-12 p70 bioactivity. This antibody can be used for the detection of mouse IL-23 p19 in an ELISA (PMID: 18802055). This antibody was used in assay to determine the effect of anti-IL23p19 antibody on increase in IL-17 production after neutralization of IL-4 in T cells cultured with IL-4 DCs or with non transduced DCs (PMID: 17195211). This antibody was reported to inhibit lactic acid-induced enhancement of IL-17 production by OT-II mouse splenocytes that had been stimulated with the TLR ligand peptidoglycan (PGN) and bacillus Calmette-Guerin cell wall skeleton (BCG-CWS) (PMID: 18490716).
