    This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human ITGA5 & ITGB1 Heterodimer (rh ITGA5 & ITGB1 Heterodimer; Catalog#CT014-H2508H; P08648 & P05556-1; Met1-Tyr995 & Met1-Asp728). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
