This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of JIP-2/IB-2 by western blot and immunohistochemistry. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect JIP-2/IB-2 by western blot in adult rat brain membranes. And it was also used to detect JIP-2/IB-2 by immunohistochemistry in adult rat brain membranes.
