The original format of the antibody stained splenocytes by FACS analysis. 18F labeled antibody was successfully used to detect lymphoid organs and reveal tumors in mice (Rashidian et al., 2015; PMID: 26630549). Texas Red-conjugated antibody was employed for staining of lymphoid organs (Rashidian et al., 2015; PMID: 26955657).
