The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. This antibody was used for detection of the glycoprotein (G) of the Mojiang virus by flow cytometry. Further, the antibody was able to immunoprecipitate the glycoprotein (G) of the Mojiang virus. This antibody was found to cross-react with LayV G (Wang et al., 2023; PMID: 37645760).
