This antibody can be used for the detection of A35R protein of the monkeypox virus through an ELISA. The binding affinity of the original VHH antibody for A35R protein of monkeypox virus was reported to be Kd= 1.42X10^(-10)M. This antibody can also detect monkeypox virus A35R protein and inactivated virus in a western blot (CN116751285).
