    This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227 (rh MUC1/Mucin 1/CD227; Catalog#12123-H05H; NP_001018016.1; Met1-Gly167). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
