The antibody recognized rabbit PCLP1 in human renal cortical sections on immunofluorescence. The antibody detected PCLP by western blot analysis. The antibody recognized and immunoprecipitated rat podocalyxin (Kershaw et al., 1997; PMID: 9188463). The antibody detected PCLP in HEV of tonsil by immunofluorescence analysis. The antibody stained HEV of paraffin-embedded samples of lymph node and appendix by immunohistochemistry (Sassetti et al., 1998; PMID: 9625756).
