Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-pp60Src [GD11]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody is specific for pp60src. It recognizes this protein in avians, humans and different rodents. It recognizes amino acids 82-169. Pp60src is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase which is activated following engagement of many different classe
- Application Supplier NoteTo confirm wether a 60,000-Mr phosphoprotein was pp60src, an immunoprecipitation was preformed using the mouse version of this antibody. Furthermore, PrARSV-infected CE cells were immunostained using this antibody (Parsons et al, 1984; pmid:6205164). To determine wether pp60src is present in human T cells, an immunoprecipitation and subsequent western blot were preformed using the mouse version of this antibody on human T cell cultures (Branch and Mills, 1995; pmid:7535811). Proteins from fetal rat lung cells were immunoblotted using the mouse version of this antibody (Liu et al, 1996; pmid:8636139). While researching store-mediated Ca2+ entry, a western blot was preformed on human blood cells using the mouse version of this antibody (Redondo et al, 2005; pmid:15894173).
