mAbPRF12a antibody is recommended for the analysis and detection of Profilin-1. It strongly identifies Profilin-1 (and Profilin-2) via Western blot (Kandasamy et al., 2002). This antibody was used in immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence analyses to identify parts of the plant where profilins are most prevalent in (Kandasamy et al., 2002).
