The specificity of the original format of the antibody to human RANKL was confirmed by ELISA analysis (EC50= 0.12 nM). The antibody could block the RANKL binding to RANK (IC50 = 0.22 nM). The original format of the antibody could inhibit the RANKL-inducible luciferase activity (IC50 = 1.04 nM). The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to RANKL was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 60 pM) (WO2019080909).
