The antibody binds to the C-terminal region of T. cruzi ribosomal P2beta (epitope: EEEDDDMGFGLFD) and crossreacts with the human beta-1 adrenergic receptor.

This antibody binds to the carbodyl-terminal end of the ribosomal P2-beta protein of T. cruzi, which is part of the Trypanosome ribosome. The antibody cross-reacts with the human beta-1 adrenergic receptor, acting as an agonist.
