This antibody can recognize recombinant human ROR1 protein in an ELISA. This antibody was capable of detecting human ROR1 from A2780 and Iose386 cell lysates in a western blot. The binding of this antibody to ROR1 expressed on the surface of human ovarian cancer A2780 and Iose386 cells was determined using flow cytometry. It was reported that this antibody can also effectively bind and detect human ROR1 in immunofluorescent staining of human ovarian cancer cell A2780 and Iose386 cells (CN107827984).
