The binding of this antibody towards SFTSV glycoprotein C was confirmed using ELISA. A double antibody sandwich ELISA was developed using 1H6-B10 as a coating antibody and HRP conjugated 1C5-F5 as a detection antibody. The detection system can detect from virus culture supernatant down to a sensitivity of about 60ng/ml (CN108178796).
