The binding of this antibody to SFTSV glycoprotein Gn was confirmed using ELISA. In vitro this antibody was capable of neutralizing both pseudo virus and true virus infections of QD02 and WCH97 strains of SFTSV. This antibody showed a high neutralizing activity in vitro with an IC50 of 3ng/mL for QD02 strain and 20ng/mL for WCH97 strain. This antibody also has neutralizing activity against Guertu virus with an IC50 of 34microg/mL. In vivo, this antibody was capable of providing protection to mice infected with SFTSV HBMC5 strain. The survival rate of infected mice was found to be 100% when injected with 400 microg (CN117964747).
