This antibody can bind recombinant human siglec-7 protein in an ELISA and western blot. The binding affinity of the IgG antibody for human siglec-7 was reported to be Kd= 71.5 nM. In vitro, this antibody was capable of enhancing killing effect of NK cells on tumor cells (CN106831989).
