The antibody could adsorb RFB4, SM03 and SM06 (murine, chimeric and humanized CD22 antibodies) by ELISA analysis. The antibody could effectively inhibit the human CD22 antibody SM03 from adsorbing CD22 antigen on the surface of Raji cells as shown by flow cytometry analysis. The antibody was used as a solid-phase capture antibody by ELISA analysis (CN103588882A).
