This antibody is specific for the SUR2B protein and does not cross react with SUR1. SUR2B is a subunit of ATP-sensitive potassium channels (KATP). Can form cardiac and smooth muscle-type KATP channels with KCNJ11. KCNJ11 forms the channel pore while ABCC9

This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of SUR2B by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and western blot.
