- Application Supplier NoteThe antibody specifically detected TSH by Western blot analysis. The antibody 11A2A8B7 and the commercial antibody TSH (TSH01 + TSH02) were used to stain pituitary tumors. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 11A2A8B7 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody TSH (TSH01 + TSH02) were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN114149503A).
