The original antibody was used for an ELISA on recombinant TDRD2 eTudor. The structure of the original antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography. This antibody was used for a pull-down assay on TDRD2 eTudor domain (Chen et al., 2020; PMID:31288074). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on different human cell lines. This antibody showed staining of the cytoplasm for all cell lines tested (Hornsby et al., 2015; PMID:26290498).
