Figure 1. IF analysis of Ush2a using anti-Ush2a antibody (DZ01481). Ush2a was detected in cryosections of wildtype zebrafish retina tissue without prior fixation. The tissue section was blocked with Blocking buffer (10% NGS, 2% BSA, 0.1% Tween in PBS) for 30 minutes. The tissue section was then incubated with rabbit anti-Ush2a Antibody (DZ01481) in blocking solution at 1:200 dilution overnight at 4°C. Alexa Fluor? 568 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody a and incubated for 1 hour at room temperature in blocking solution. Post immuno-fixation with 4% PFA in PBS for 10 minutes. Mount in Prolong gold.
