Antitumor agent-123 (Copmound 4d) effectively inhibits multiple kinase targets with anti-cancer effects, including JAK2, JAK3, HDAC1 and HDAC6, with IC50 values of 34.6 and 2.6 microM for JAK2 and JAK3, respectively. Antitumor agent-123 exhibits moderate activity in solid tumor models[1].
