- Scientific DescriptionARMET/MANF Protein is an evolutionary conserved endoplasmic reticulum stress- (ERS-) related protein. ARMET/MANF has a protective effect on central nervous system diseases and plays an important role in several metabolic diseases. It is mainly localized to the luminal endoplasmic reticulum (ER) as an ER chaperone protein, mainly interacting with BiP and Reticulon 1-C. Meanwhile, MANF can prevent ER stress-mediated cell death in neurons and other tissues. ARMET/MANF Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived ARMET/MANF protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
