- Scientific DescriptionAzide-PEG8-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a cleavable ADC linker which contains an azide, a PEG spacer, a Val-Cit dipeptide, a PAB group, and an MMAE warhead. The azide is free to participate in click chemistry with terminal alkynes or strained cyclooctynes such as DBCO or BCN. The Val-Cit dipeptide is cleaved by cellular proteases within the cell to allow for efficient MMAE payload delivery via an elimination mechanism within the PAB structure.
