Human secreted B7 homolog 2 (B7-H2)-Fc fusion protein, also known as CD275, ICOSL, ICOSLG, and B7-related protein (B7RP), GenBank Accession No. NM_001283050, a.a 19-258 fused to human IgG1 Fc region (a.a. 100-330) and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 53.3 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
