    Human B7-H7, also known as HHLA2, and HERV-H LTR-associating 2, GenBank Accession No. NM_007072, a.a. 23-344, with a C-terminal Avi-Tag fused with the Fc portion of Human IgG1, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. MW =66 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
