DP 630/650 alkyne is a red fluorescent dye with lambdaexcitation of 630 nM and lambdaemission of 650 nM. The terminal alkyne group can be conjugated with various azides by copper catalyzed Click chemistry. BDP 630/650 alkyne can be used for fluorescence polarization assays[1].
