Immunohistochemistry of beta-Defensin-3 staining in Paraffin section of Rat lung tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.01M Sodium Citrate buffer at 55-58°C for 5min. The sections were incubated with AM02222PU (1/50) overnight and detected using a biotinylated secondary antibody in combination with biotin-streptavidin method. DAB was used as substrate. Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. AM02222PU stains the bronchiolar epithelium in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus inoculated rats. Original magnefication: x200
