Bisdionin C is a potent GH18 chitinases inhibitor, with an IC50 of 0.2 microM for A. fumigatus ChiB1 (AfChiB1). Bisdionin C inhibits HCHT (human macrophage chitotriosidase) and acidic mammalian chitinase (AMCase) with IC50s of 8.3 and 3.4 microM, respectively[1].
