Bivalirudin TFA inhibits thrombin-mediated fibrinogen cleavage, coagulation factor activation, and platelet activation by reversibly binding to thrombin. In addition, Bivalirudin TFA also has certain effects of anti-virus, anti-inflammation, and vascular endothelial barrier function protection.
