This Immuno Protein Blocking solutions can be used in with all Immunoassays IHC, ICC, WB, ELISA) to reduce non-specific background and conserved sequence. It is recommended that this Immuno Blocking solution should be used from the same host animal where the labeled secondary antibody is produced; e.g. if the labeled secondary antibody is made in Chicken, the blocking should be one with Chicken serum.
