Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with BOB1 antibody (GTX133968) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-955) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Scientific Description
Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with either OCT1 or OCT2. It boosts the OCT1 mediated promoter activity and to a lesser extent, that of OCT2.
