BODIPY TMR-X SE is a potent fluorescent dye. BODIPY TMR-X SE can be used to label the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. BODIPY TR-X binds to protein or antibody and has bright, orange fluorescent light. (lambdaex=544 nm, lambdaem=570 nm)[1][2].
