Buflomedil hydrochloride, a vasodilator agent, is an orally active alpha1A-adrenoceptor antagonist with Kis of 4.06 microM and 6.84 microM for alpha1A-AR and alpha1B-AR, respectively. Buflomedil hydrochloride can be used for the study of peripheral circulatory disorders[1][2].
