Butoconazole (RS-35887) is an antifungal agent that inhibits phA-stimulated secretion of cytokines such as IL-2, TNFalfa, IFN and GM-CSF in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. IC50 were 7.2 ug/mL, 14.4 ug/mL, 7.36 ug/mL and 7.6 ug/mL, respectively.
