Human Caspase 9 (CASP9), GenBank Accession No. NM_001229, a.a. 1 - 416 (end), with C-terminal His-tag, MW=35 &10 kDa, expressed in an E. coli cell expression system. Procaspase-9 is autocleaved between the prodomain and large protease subunit (p35). The cleavage product contains both the large (p35) and small (p10 [His-tag]) protease subunits.
