NB1, a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked N-glycosylated cell surface glycoprotein, was first described in a case of neonatal alloimmune neutropenia. Highly expressed in normal bone marrow and weakly expressed in fetal liver. Expressed on neutrophils.
