- Scientific DescriptionCD22 Knockout Raji Cell Line is a Raji cell line in which CD22 (Cluster of Differentiation 22, or SIGLEC2) is not expressed due to CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. This cell line was generated by electroporation of Raji cells with a Cas9-sgRNA ribonucleoprotein complex containing CD22-targeting sgRNAs. This cell line has been validated by genome sequencing and flow cytometry. Purchase of this cell line is for research purposes only; commercial use requires a separate license.
