Human CD48, Fc fusion protein, also known as Cluster of Differentiation 48, BLAST-1, or SLAMF2. GenBank Accession No. NM_001778, a.a. 27-220 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of human IgG1 and is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag™ technology. MW = 51 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
