T-cell surface glycoprotein CD5

Recombinant human CD5 encompassing amino acids 25-371. This protein is fused in C-terminal with the Fc fragment of human IgG1 (230 amino acids) followed by a C-terminal Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was enzymatically biotinylated using the Avi-Tag™ and affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.
