Complex of CDK19, also known as CDK11 and CDC2L6, and Cyclin C proteins. The two proteins were co-expressed and affinity purified. Recombinant human CDK19 (cyclin dependent kinase 19), full length encompassing amino acids 1-502 (end). Recombinant human Cyclin C (also known as CCNC), full length encompassing amino acids 1-283 (end). Both constructs contain an N-terminal GST-tag.
