CJB-090 dihydrochloride is a partial agonist with activity at dopamine D3 receptors. CJB-090 exhibits partial agonist characteristics in vitro. CJB-090 elicits yawning responses only in monkeys with an extensive history of cocaine use. CJB-090 reduces the reinstatement effects of cocaine in reinstatement behaviors induced by cocaine[1].
